Entity and contact
This site, av-virasecurepro.com, is operated by Luxe Line Market LLC, the contracting entity for all orders placed through the site. Customer support is available by email and phone (see Contact). Charges from this site appear on your card statement as AVVIRA.
Pricing, billing, and renewals
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you will be charged. We do not impose hidden fees, mandatory shipping fees, or processing surcharges.
Each product is sold as a fixed-term license (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year as labeled on the product page). At the end of the term we will email you a renewal reminder; renewal is opt-in only. We do not auto-renew or re-bill your card without your express consent.
If you purchase a subscription product, the subscription terms (price, interval, cancellation method) are disclosed above the Add to Cart button on the product page and again on the cart / checkout page before you submit payment.
Delivery and Fulfillment
All products and services are delivered electronically or remotely; we do not ship physical goods. Software licenses and digital downloads are sent instantly by email upon successful payment. Professional services are delivered remotely; we contact you within two business days to schedule your session. Billing or shipping addresses collected at checkout are used for payment verification only.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, posted in our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day, no-questions-asked, full-refund guarantee on every product. To request a refund, email or call us with your order number or checkout email.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy, posted in our Cancellation Policy. You can cancel any subscription using the same method you used to start it (online checkout) plus by phone or email. There is no cancellation fee.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing question, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. See our Before You Dispute page. Most issues are resolved within one business day.
Governing law and arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of av-virasecurepro.com will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, or by phone or video at the customer's option. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking small-claims relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
