Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any subscription or recurring license any time, for any reason, with no fee.

Three ways to cancel:

1. Email support@av-virasecurepro.com with your order number or checkout email.
2. Call 844-860-0898.
3. Use the cancellation form on the Contact page.

What happens after you cancel: future charges stop immediately. Your existing license remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. We will never re-bill you after cancellation.

Pausing instead of canceling: contact support to pause your subscription for up to 90 days at no charge.

We will never charge a cancellation fee, require a phone call to cancel, route you through retention scripts, or hide the cancel link.
